Barrington Residential was founded more than 35 years ago.  We are a property management company with headquarters based out of Rochester, New York. We are committed to providing quality apartments and townhomes at affordable rates.  Barrington Residential currently owns and manages 44 properties in Western and Central New York raging from Baldwinsville, Batavia, Camillus, Canandaigua, Fairmount, Farmington, Fulton, Gates, Greece, Henrietta, Hilton, Honeoye Falls, Irondequoit, Liverpool, Lockport, North Syracuse, Oswego, Palmyra, Phoenix, Rochester, Rome, Seneca Falls, Syracuse, Tonawanda, and Utica. With resident service being our number one focal point, our organization is constantly focused on the enrichment of our operations.

Property Manager
 
• Strong organization and communication skills to lease apartment units
• Strong customer service and office skills; detail oriented
• Focus on resident retention and sales & marketing of the community
• Candidate must be able to work independently, but team oriented
• Oversee maintenance and apartment planning & preparation
• Manage late notices and evictions as required on delinquent rents

Maintenance Personnel
 
• Strong organization and technical skills to service apartment units and property
• Willing and able to work on an "on-call" basis - 24/7
• Knowledgeable candidate and extensive experience with various maintenance issues
• Handles service requests for repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant units
• Plumbing, electric, general interior, exterior maintenance and landscaping
• Resident focused; a self starter and reliable team member
• A sincere passion about working with apartments and property management
