Happy Neighbors

I have been a resident at Sumatra for over a year now. In that time, I have had absolutely no issues with the other residents. The management is always prompt in response. Whether it be a maintenance issue, or payment issues, or honestly basically any issue period. The parking lots, lawns, stairwells, laundry room, trash site, all are kept in great shape. They have been more than helpful when it has come to the trying times in 2020. Kept the grounds very clean and germ free (wiping handles, railings, windows) They have always been very easy to work with. They take very good care of their residents and I recommend Berrington to anyone, be it young couples, families, or just older people looking for a quiet easy place to live.
